HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM PEDESTAL :)
It’s the holidays & things can get a little hectic. With all the parties, gifts to wrap, stressful mall visiting, etc, you’re bound to be going through the ups & downs of the holiday roller coaster. Here are a few things I try to remember around this time of the year.
- It’s not the end of the world if you can’t buy everyone a present. We are in a recession after all.
- The holidays aren’t really about money. They’re about being with friends & family & enjoying the time you have together.
- They’re all manmade.
- The less fortunate: I think I’m going to volunteer a lot more in 2011… There are so many people without homes or family & for you & me to just be in their company is the greatest gift in the world.
